

Since joining the NPA in 2012, NPA Capitol Club member Capital Pawn & Couture has championed the pawn industry as a dedicated supporter of Oregon communities. Both Beth and Adam Anundi are actively engaged in the association, with Beth offering her time and expertise to spearhead NPA’s Pawnbroker Peer Group program. Beth has served on the Board of Directors for many years and is currently NPA’s Membership Committee Chair.

An NPA member since 1992, Empire Loan continues its legacy as an NPA Capitol Club supporter, committed to the pawn industry and the Massachusetts communities they serve. Michael Goldstein served on the NPA Board of Directors for 10 years, with three of those years being the NPA Treasurer.

A dedicated NPA member since 2013, Pawn USA, Inc. remains a longtime advocate for the pawn industry and the Virginia communities they have served for years. Pawn USA is an annual supporter of both Pawn Expo and the Legislative Conference.

Picasso Pawn has been an NPA member since 2008. As part of the NPA Capitol Club, they provide steadfast support to the pawn industry and North Carolina communities. Bill Dawson has served on the Board of Directors for many years. Bill served as NPA’s Government Relations Committee Chair for two years and is currently serving as NPA President.

Since 1993, Dynasty Jewelry & Loan has served Georgia communities and the pawn industry as a longtime industry advocate and loyal NPA member. Ben Levinson served as an NPA Board Member for many years, to include service as NPA President. Today, both Ben and his son Joel are actively engaged at NPA and their support is greatly appreciated.

An NPA member since 2014, Fieldstone Jewelry & Pawn serves Georgia communities and the industry through their dedicated participation in the NPA Capitol Club. Lisa Little has been an active Board Member since 2021 and is currently serving as Government Relations Chair and NPA Vice President.

Alan’s Jewelry & Pawn, an NPA member since 1992, continues its longtime support for the pawn industry and North Carolina communities as a dedicated NPA Capitol Club member. Alan’s contributes to his local community on many levels, by supporting local, statewide, and national charities/foundations that help children, people and animals in need.


Since 2009, Tom’s Pawn Central has supported the pawn industry and Georgia communities through their affiliation with the NPA. Founded 30+ years ago, Tom’s Central Pawn is an active member of the NPA Capitol Club and longtime industry partner.

An NPA member since 1990, Howard’s Jewelry Center is a dedicated NPA Capitol Club participant, supporting the pawn industry and Ohio communities for decades.
