The NPA Capitol Club recognizes members of the pawn community who choose to make an additional annual investment in the strength and future of the National Pawnbrokers Association.

 

Capitol Club support strengthens NPA’s general operations and helps provide the resources to advocate for the pawn industry, educate and connect members, develop valuable programs and resources, and respond to the issues affecting pawnbrokers nationwide.

 

Advocacy remains at the heart of NPA’s work — and strong advocacy requires a strong association behind it.

Founders Council

$12,500 Annually | Limited to 10 Companies

Pawn Keyholder

$7,500 Annually | Limited to 10 Companies

Hill Champion

$5,000 Annually | Limited to 10 Companies

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?

Must be current or former NPA pawnbroker member

 

“Former” pawnbroker refers to:

    • An individual who has retired from the industry
    • An individual who was a pawnbroker, but is currently employed as/with an Industry Partner
    • An individual who is both a pawnbroker and an Industry Partner

 

Terms:

  • Understand the program has participant limits – first come, first served – once participant max has been reached, you will be offered next level participation and/or a seat on a waiting list
  • Commitments are annual, with first right of refusal for following calendar year.
  • Proceeds will be utilized to financially support NPA general operations, which
    includes legislative advocacy
  • Invoices will be sent for payment which can be made via check or ACH

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The National Pawnbrokers Association is organized as a 501(c)(6) trade association. Capitol Club proceeds support the general operations of the National Pawnbrokers Association, which include legislative and advocacy activities.

 

Capitol Club payments are not charitable contributions. Depending upon individual circumstances, some or all of a payment may qualify as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Participants should consult their tax or accounting professional regarding the treatment of Capitol Club payments.
